Fruitful exchanges of views on the Culture 2007 and Media 2007 programmes

Brussels, 16/11/2004 (Agence Europe) - The Culture/Audiovisuals Council on Tuesday allowed the ministers to hold an informal discussion of the content of the future Culture 2007 and Media 2007 action programmes. Broad consensus was reached on the objectives these programmes should aim at, to guarantee the mobility of artists and cultural goods (Culture 2007) and support the audiovisuals industry (Media 2007).
