Strasbourg, 16/11/2004 (Agence Europe) - During his parliamentary hearing on Tuesday morning in Strasbourg, the Hungarian Commissioner-designate, Laszlo Kovacs, undertook to conduct an effective fiscal policy that is compatible with the competitiveness requirements set out in the Lisbon Strategy.
