Brussels, 16/11/2004 (Agence Europe) - José Manuel Barroso, future president of the European Commission said that he was very honoured on Monday night to have met Thabo Mbeki the South African president (EUROPE yesterday p 5). Barroso informed the press that, " We discussed the excellent relations between South African and the EU, from trade, development cooperation and political dialogue points of view.
