Brussels, 28/10/2004 (Agence Europe) - The President designate of the European Commission José Manuel Barroso told Europe 1 on Thursday that following his decision not to submit his Commission to the Parliament's vote of confidence on Wednesday, "there will be no extensive reshuffle.
