ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) car parts

British investment company CANDOVER has acquired Swedish company THULE AB (turnover 2.20 bn in Swedish Crowns in 2003 with workforce of 2000), specialised in car carriage parts (roof boxes and roof racks) from Nordic investment fund EQT for EUR 465 million.
