Brussels, 28/10/2004 (Agence Europe) Réalités européenes du présent chaired by Harmut Marhold (for which Jean-Pierre Gouzy is honorary president) are dedicating their next colloquy on 12 and 13 November in Brussels to the theme of "European Values in Action: cultural diversity in the new Europe". Work will be divided into four sessions on: common values, cultural diversity, Trans-Atlantic relations, relations between Europe/Islamic world. The President of the European Centre of Culture Dusan Sidjanski (the President-designate of the Commission José Manuel Barroso had been the assistant at the University of Geneva: editor's note), will be speaking on the theme of "Unity and cultural diversities in Europe as a foundation for a new European federalism".
