Rejection journalist Hans-Martin Tillack's appeal against OLAF over articles in Stern magazine

Luxembourg, 18/10/2004 (Agence Europe) - The President of the Court of First Instance, Bo Vesterdorf, has dismissed the application for interim measures of German journalist Hans-Martin Tillack, who requested the annulment of the European Anti-Fraud Office, OLAF's decision to provide information to the German authorities that may result in Tillack being forced to reveal sources for articles published in the Stern magazine, explained the Court of First Instance in a press release on...
