18/10/2004 (Agence Europe) - The summit between the EU and India, which was to be held on 14 October, will finally be held on 8 November, in The Hague. The Dutch Prime Minster and the Commission President will discuss with the Indian Prime Minister, Manmohan Singh, the strategic partnership between the two parties, as well as deadlines and priorities that should allow the following summit to adopt an action plan and a joint policy declaration (see EUROPE of 13 October, p.9).
