Brussels, 27/09/2004 (Agence Europe) - As we announced (EUROPE of 24 September, p.11), Romania closed two extra chapters of its accession negotiations last week: regional policy and free movement of services. It has now closed 28 chapters out of 31, the three last being competition policy, the environment, and justice and home affairs.
