Hans-Gert Pottering demands 10-point political agreement with new Commission, which Jacques Barrot takes in his stride, highlighting high quality of new relations between Commission, Parliament and Council

Berlin, 10/09/2004 (Agence Europe) - In Berlin on Friday at the round table organised by the European Parliament's EPP-ED group, chaired by Hans-Gert Pottering, European Commissioner Jacques Barrot, currently responsible for regional policy and cohesion (Commissioner designate for transport in the Barroso Commission, see other articles) said he personally could not find anything to shock him in the EPP-ED group's calls for a 10-point political agreement with the new Commission.
