Iraqi interim president Ghazi al-Yawer a guest in Strasbourg on fringe of Wednesday's plenary session

Brussels, 10/09/2004 (Agence Europe) - Iraq's Interim President Ghazi al-Yawer is to meet Josep Borrell, European Parliament President, next Wednesday in Strasbourg on the sidelines of the plenary session. He will also address the Conference of Presidents of EP political groups. The members of the EP Committee on Foreign Affairs will also take part at the meeting.
