Solana meets Iraqi President on 14 September

Brussels, 02/09/2004 (Agence Europe) - Iraqi President Ghazi al-Yaouar will be in Brussels on 14 September, it was confirmed on Thursday by Christina Gallach, spokesperson for the EU High Representative for CFSP, Javier Solana. During his visit, Mr al-Yaouar will meet Mr Solana. The arrival of the Iraqi president in Brussels comes within the framework of the European tour that he will be carrying out from 5 to 8 September, during which he will visit Paris, Berlin and Rome.
