Brussels, 02/09/2004 (Agence Europe) - The chairperson of the European Union Council working group on conventional arms exports (COARM), Paul Van den Ijssel of the Netherlands, and Amnesty International Director Dick Oosting held an exchange of views on Wednesday with the European Parliament's sub-committee on security and defence.
