02/09/2004 (Agence Europe) - On Wednesday, the Commission authorised Citicorp Venture Capital (CVC) and American investment fund Francisco Partners (USA) to take control of the activities of System IC Business, which belongs to the South Korean company Hynix Semiconductor. This operation was examined under the simplified procedure.
