Dutch Presidency notes results of presidential elections and regrets there is no observer mission

Brussels, 31/08/2004 (Agence Europe) - Bernard Bot, President of the EU Council, noted on Monday the preliminary results of the presidential elections held in Chechnya on Sunday, according to which Kremlin candidate Alou Alkanov has been proclaimed the winner.
