French company DANONE has launched a take-over bid for a stake in Serbian company, KNHAZMILOS (bottled water, turnover around EUR 70 million in 2003, production of 252 million bottles), which has also been eyed-up by other companies. Company shareholders have until 19 September to provide one of the suitors with an answer.
