The Italian TISCALI company (turnover EUR 919.7 in 2003), which has already disengaged from Norway, Austria and South Africa, has announced the conclusion of an agreement for selling off its Swedish subsidiary TISCALI AB to SPRAY NETWORK, controlled by LYCOS EUROPE. This deal is said to be worth EUR 13 million.
