Commission could take United Kingdom to court over safety at Sellafield plant

Brussels, 26/08/2004 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission will undoubtedly have to decide next week if it is going to go to the Court of Justice about the safety at the Sellafield nuclear plant in the United Kingdom.
