26/08/2004 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has granted clearance to plans by Asquith Court Holdings Limited, controlled by German bank West LB, and ISIS Equity Partners plc, controlled by Friends Provident plc to create a joint venture. The new company will provide childcare services (the operation was examined under a simplified procedure).
