Commission meeting on 3 September to focus on strengthening economic governance

Brussels, 26/08/2004 (Agence Europe) - At its first meeting on its return to work on Friday 3 September, the European Commission is expected to debate and adopt a Communication from Commissioner Joaquin Almunia on the strengthening of economic governance in the EU in general and in the Euro zone in particular.
