Brussels, 26/08/2004 (Agence Europe) - The Permanent Representatives of the 25 Member States of the European Union have approved the statute and regime applicable to the staff of the future European Defence Agency as well as to national military and experts posted to the Agency. The provisions will take effect once the two documents have been formally adopted by the European Union Foreign Ministers on 13 and 14 September in principle, during their first meeting after the summer break.
