Brussels, 25/06/2004 (Agence Europe) - The outgoing President of the European Parliament, Pat Cox, decided on Friday to request that the European Court of Justice cancels the EU's agreement with the US on the transfer of passenger details. The request will be submitted to the Court on Monday, the day after the EU-US Summit.
