Brussels, 21/06/2004 (Agence Europe) - The agreement on the European Constitution reached by the 25 during the evening of 18 June was on the whole welcomed by MEPs, who insist on the need to now explain this major move forward to European citizens, mainly with a view to the referendums to be held in ten EU countries.
