Brussels, 16/06/2004 (Agence Europe) - Meeting in Dublin last Friday where it met the outgoing president of the EP, Pat Cox, the Council of Presidents of UNICE (European employers) fine-tuned its message to the European Council of 17-18 June. In its letter to Heads of State and governments, the Council of Presidents of UNICE launched an appeal for its message for a growth strategy to be urgently put into place which would enable the putting into practice of the Lisbon objectives.
