Brussels, 19/05/2004 (Agence Europe) - Carlo Scarascia Mugnozza, Vice-President of the European Commission from 22 March 1972 to 5 January 1977, died last week in Rome. Within the Commission, he was in charge of information, the environment, and relations with the European Parliament.
