ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) breweries

Chinese brewer CRB-CHINA RESOURCES BREWERIES in which the British group SABMILLER has a 49% stake, has acquired 90% of the two breweries in the Anhui province of eastern China from LONGJIN. The amount paid for the deal around USD 34 million.
