ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) breweries

The Dutch brewer HEINEKEN (turnover EUR 45 million in Australia in 2003) will be setting up a joint company with the second largest Australian brewer LION NATHAN on the premium beer market in Australia. The new group, HEINEKEN LION AUSTRALIA will "import, sell and distribute" HEINEKAN beer in this country.
