19/05/2004 (Agence Europe) - The Council of Ministers of the EU has just adopted a regulation instituting provisional anti-dumping duties on gaboon plywood from the People's Republic of China. The rate of the provisional duty will be on a scale between 8.5% and 48.5% depending on the export company. (Text of the regulation: OJ L181 of 18.05.04, p.5).
