Brussels, 19/05/2004 (Agence Europe) - Viviane Reding, the European Commissioner for Culture and Audiovisuals, awarded the MEDIA New Talent Prize of the European Union to the young British writer Duane Hopkins at the European Cinema Day at the Cannes Festival, for his script entitled "Better Things".
