Brussels, 14/05/2004 (Agence Europe) - Just before the ministerial meeting of the Intergovernmental Conference, to be held on Monday morning in Brussels, the Irish Presidency has diffused two working papers. The first covers texts which, the Presidency believes, were the subject of a "broad consensus" during the "focal points" meeting on 4 May in Dublin. All that is needed now is the benediction, or tacit approval, of the Foreign Ministers to consider them definitively approved. The second...
