Intergovernmental Conference resumes at ministerial level on Monday in Brussels - Presidency hopes to move forward on series of points linked to extent of qualified majority vote - 19-member Commission as of 2014?

Brussels, 14/05/2004 (Agence Europe) - Just before the ministerial meeting of the Intergovernmental Conference, to be held on Monday morning in Brussels, the Irish Presidency has diffused two working papers. The first covers texts which, the Presidency believes, were the subject of a "broad consensus" during the "focal points" meeting on 4 May in Dublin.
