Commission clears automotive JV between Hella, Behr and Plastic Omnium Auto Exteriors

Brussels, 14/05/2004 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has granted regulatory approval to the acquisition by French company Plastic Omnium Auto Exteriors of a stake in a joint venture between Hella and Behr, two German companies. The joint venture will see JV jointly controlled by Plastic Omnium, Hella and Behr. The joint venture produces front-end modules for cars and light commercial vehicles.
