05/05/2004 (Agence Europe) - Spain looks kindly upon the candidature of JHA Commissioner Antonio Vitorino to the post of Commission president, it was declared this week in Lisbon by Spanish Prime Minister José Luis Zapatero. "I have the very highest opinion of Vitorino; I know him well and I believe that he has the ability to take on any political post", he pointed out.
