Brussels, 04/05/2004 (Agence Europe) - A delegation from the European Trade Union Congress (ETUC), led by its Secretary General John Monks, will meet Luxembourg's Prime Minister Jean-Claude Juncker in Luxembourg on 5 May, to take stock of the challenges faced by social Europe in the future. Luxembourg's Presidency of the EU, which starts in January 2005, will coincide with the mid-term review of the Lisbon strategy. Decisions are also to be taken on sustainable development.
