The German industrial conglomerate MG TECHNOLOGIES has sold its plastics subsidiary DNK (turnover EUR 876 with 5,000 employed) to the American group FLEX-N-GATE (annual turnover $1.5 billion with 12,000 employed) for the sum of EUR 430 million. With this transaction, the group gives up the last of the five DYNAMIT NOBEL divisions that were under its control, after having previously sold the other four to ROCKWOOD SPECIALTIES for the sum of EUR 2.25 billion.
