The Belgian construction company JOHAN WILLEMEN is to sell a large part of its activities to the Irish cement producer CRH (turnover EUR 11.08 in 2003 with 54,000 employed). These are the divisions OBELISK and IB - INDUSTRIELLE DU BETON.
