The American group IMS HEALTH - INTERCONTINENTAL MEDICAL SERVICES (turnover $1.3 billion in 2003), specialised in analysis of medical data, has taken over control of the French PR firm (annual turnvoer EUR 9 million), which operates in the advisory, communication and publishing business for the pharmaceuticals industry. The terms of the agreement have not been disclosed.
