03/05/2004 (Agence Europe) - "Sport as a means of fighting racism and xenophobia" is the subject of a conference organised in Braga (Portugal) on 19 May by the Committee of the Regions (CoR) in partnership with UEFA and the European Monitoring Centre on Racism and Xenophobia of Vienna. The Vice-President of the CoR and Mayor of Braga, Mesquita Machado, will open the work, to be attended by representatives of the European institutions, of UEFA and the President of Euro 2004, Gilberto Madail....
