Brussels, 03/05/2004 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has authorised the creation of a joint company between the Turkish manufacturer of televisions, Beko Electronik, and the British group, Alba. The operation is aimed at allowing both partners to acquire activities of the German company Grundig for the marketing and development of electronic goods intended for the consumer public.
