On 21 April, the European Parliament adopted a resolution by the Chair of its Committee on Budgets, British Labour member Terence Wynn, on the EU's financial perspectives for 2007-2013. Although the dossier may be forwarded to the next European Parliament, formed after the elections to be held from 10 to 13 June, the outgoing Parliament has taken a stance on several key issues.
