Strasbourg, 27/04/2004 (Agence Europe) - Last week's adoption in Strasbourg of the report by French Socialist Michel Rocard on European cultural capitals (309 votes for, 132 against and 35 abstentions), the European Parliament approved the draft decision which was submitted to it for allowing future Member States to become part of the plan between 2009-19.
