Luxembourg, 27/04/2004 (Agence Europe) - The 21st meeting of the European Economic Area Council (EEA) took place on Tuesday in Luxembourg. Five days away from enlargement, ministers from the "twenty eight" (25 from the enlarged EU, as well as Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein) appealed for a rapid ratification of the agreement that the expands the EEA to the ten new EU Member States.
