51.5 million euros for Kosovo under 2004 CARDS Programme

Brussels, 05/04/2004 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has adopted its Annual Programme for Kosovo. In 2004, within the Community Assistance for Reconstruction, Development and Stabilisation (CARDS) Programme, a total of 51.5 million euros will be spent in assisting Kosovo in the following areas: - institution building and good governance (15 million euros): the programme will assist Kosovo's Provisional Institutions of Self-Government (PISG) to perform their governance roles more...
