Strasbourg / Brussels, 09/03/2004 (Agence Europe) - Yes to solidarity with the United States in combating terrorism. Yes to legitimacy of justice proceedings against those presumed guilty of attacks on 11 September 2001. But no to the legal vacuum in which around 660 detainees at Guantanamo Bay have been held since then. This is the main message of the report that Danish Liberal Ole Andreasen presented to Tuesday's plenary, calling on the European Union to raise the issue of the conditions...
