09/03/2004 (Agence Europe) - An error slipped into our article on the 20th anniversary of the Spinelli Draft (yesterday's EUROPE, p;6). It should have read that the sitting will be held during the plenary of 3 to 6 May (see EUROPE of 6 March, p.5, on the seminar organised by MEPs Naplitano, Frassoni and Watson).
