09/03/2004 (Agence Europe) - CFSP High Representative Javier Solana commented on the signing of the new interim Constitution in Baghdad by saying it is a "fundamental step in the process of democratisation of the country and it provides a foundation for a future of peace and prosperity for the Iraqi people".
