08/03/2004 (Agence Europe) - Radical nationalist Jörg Haider, who quit the Presidency of the FPÖ after sanctions imposed by Member States of the EU, has won the elections of 7 March in Carinthia, whose governor he remains. Since its victory in the 1999 elections (27%), the FPÖ fell to 10% of the vote in the Austrian general elections of 2002.
