Patten/Zhang meeting with view to Prodi's visit to China in April and that of Jiabao to Brussels in May

Brussels, 08/03/2004 (Agence Europe) - European External Relations Commissioner Chris Patten received the Chinese Deputy Foreign Minister, Yesui Zhang, in Brussels on Monday. They mainly discussed the development of relations between the EU and China in the light of the recent joint seminar held on 10 and 11 February in Beijing on strengthened cooperation and partnership, a press release states.
