Brussels, 13/02/2004 (Agence Europe) - On 10 February, the European Commission published its "General report on the activities of the European Union on 2003". As every year, the publication offers a general overview of dominant trends and a summary, divided into thematic chapters, of developments over the year in various fields of activity. The report also comprises a chronological overview of the main events of the previous year and an analytic index. Throughout, it is referenced to the Official Journal and other reference documents, and to various websites. It also contains tables showing the state of play with legislative procedures and proceedings on international agreements.
