Frits Bolkestein says that creating a Patent Court is as useful as "skis in the desert" without Council agreement - Ireland continues talks with with to March compromise

Brussels, 02/02/2004 (Agence Europe) - The Internal Market Commissioner, Frits Bolkestein, has called upon the Member States to find a rapid agreement on the Community patent, proposed in 2002.
