Commission pursues legal action against 6 Member States for persistent infringements against waste legislation

Brussels, 20/01/2004 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has taken another step in taking infringement procedures against France, Greece, Italy, Spain, Luxembourg and the United Kingdom for failing to comply with EU waste laws, despite one or several reminders:
